after 1 set, 30 situps, 30 bei4 qi2, and 20 pushups.
400m wu
2km pull (first 400m was using jwoo's handpaddles. DIED-ED. so big and had only one finger strap. wl. coz liying used mine... yay but she gave up using mine after 400m too! hahah! too small maybe. heeheehee.)
1km wd.
like omg. i couldnt feel my arms after that. ive never felt this tired in a loooong time. YAYYY! :D
oh yess! before we started swimming, i couldnt wear my cap properly!!! i was like,"jinaaa... help me put on my cap." EH WL! she was going to lor!! she wanted to reach for my cap alreadyyy!! then i said," my arms cannot move already." then she," WLE! crazy!! wear yourself lahhh!" HAHAHHAAH!!!

cried today coz gjl made it sound like i didnt want to come for trng. like.. pat and i were screaming as we ran across the road. it was a RED MAN ok!! brought back crazy memories. ahhh!!! wish we could go back. and jwoo's funny. hahahah!!
