i almost fainted.
havent done hills in like months!
jiaolian had to cut our trng down to 5 rounds instead of 6.
bet he saw us dying on the hills.

and whats wrong with going infront for awhile?

back from trng!

while walking to the stadium, i saw something which made me smile.

a girl walking in front of me suddenly stopped, took out her hp and started taking pics of smth.

being a typical singaporean, i couldnt help but to look at where her camera was being pointed at.

it was so.. so beautiful.

like.. when i saw it, there was this peace that came upon me.

made me smile. totally made my day.

the rainbow was just..so..nice.

i dont know how to describe it but it was just woww..

i really wanted to just stand there and continue looking at it.

but. i was going to be late for trng.

further down, there were more people stopping to take pictures of the rainbow.
was just walking and thinking to myself.
God made this. and smiled to myself again.
was feeling so happy and thankful for everything.
and this idontknowhowtodescribe feeling was ruined by the wry smile i saw on raph's face in window of the taxi he was in.
when we walked past each other he was still giving that idiotic look.

got really high during warmup.
skipped half a round with sam.
jiaolian must have thought we were crazy! ahah!
and the rainbow was still there!
and i dont know why.. jiaolian made us do funny conditioning stuff today!
were like laughing at ourselves. haha!
