youth day wakeboarding sesh woohoooo(:

youth day was a BLAST!
never treasured it so much before and never understood how precious each second during youth day is, until now.
had tuition early in the morning before heading for lunch and then to ecp for some WAKEBOARDING! binks and i bought a 2hr package and YES, i finally managed to stand properly and after falling 4 times at the far turning points, i finally completed 1 and one-quarter round! yay me. so happy (obviously no biggie to him coz he is pro) haha.
went on the board with babe again and took video. so now we have THREE videos of us wakeboarding together on one board heehee :D
Went to watch despicable me 2 after that. it was full everywhere! so crazy. but thank God we managed to get some decent seats. (:
loved this day ttm. wish we had taken more photos. haha anw, i have absolutely no time to edit all the photos from my cam. busy much!!

school has been pretty hectic. i am really thankful to have CTs who are so nice and helpful so much so that i do not feel judged during their informal observations. also thankful for fun friends whom i can chill with (or humour me) by with me playing a game of pantry table tennis. or pantry floorball. or roll chair floorball. really makes practicum so much more bearable. really thank God for that.
but what i really really thank God for, is for binks. who just like that, in 1h, helped me to do up a lesson plan with diagrams and all when i take 3h to complete one. still dont know how he does it. thank you dearrrr.
thank you for wanting to surprise me. too bad i saw it coming :P still appreciate it, love. though.. i was pretty upset that you didnt let me eat my mee goreng! ): i rushed to cook it before meeting you but u asked me to throw it away to eat proper food ): i like instant mee goreng! ):

oh friday friday, how i love thee.
havent felt this way in the longest time because everyday was a holiday for me the past year hahaha
the first of five weeks of school just came and went.
it was a pretty ok week even though the past two days were quite crazy. 4 lesson plans and 2 unit plans to be done by today. thank God for baby's help, meeting me to do my work. (:

busy with work and tuition but somehow managed to find my own fun with colleagues who were just as stressed out.
we played floorball and table tennis in the staff pantry today which looked really retarded to the other non-pe teachers. hahah

babe and i were invited to go for a fashion show by religion. it was pretty cool. cocktail style. a first time attending a fashion show for us. yay another first!

glad that mon is youth day. after that its full swing teaching and lesson plan churning. hope to do another 4 before mon. whoooo. wish me luck!

sec4: YAAAA ITS SEAN!!!
-i turn back and only see a red car in the dark.-
me: ya ya. any red car is sean's right. nobody else can drive red car. crazy people.
both protest crazily: NO im serious!!!!! I SAW HIM LA. there is only ONE sean in the world and THAT is the sean YOU loveeeee. if he doesnt come here in the next two minutes, i will cut my head!
me: ok then you get ready to cut your head hhaaha.
sec4: what if we see wrongly ah? then you really need to cut your head leh.
me: shut up and do your work!!! that wasnt sean! he's at home ok.

in the midst of arguing if the red car was sean, the two boys suddenly gasped and smiled at the wall behind me.
them: there! sean here liao.
i turn, and theres no one. im quite irritated so i dont care anymore. but of course, being curious and slightly hopeful, i just turned back to check once more and "RAHH!!!!" there he was right behind me. got a huge shock (thanks dear) haha
of course the two boys were i-told-u-so-ing the rest of the time.

really thankful for this wonderful day, a sneaky but sweet bf, and a sweet ending to this day, seeing him so happy about borrowing my dad's guitar haha

BRING THE BOYZ OUT!

just like that, the holidays have come to an end. it's back to school tmr, not to study but to teach and be observed. not exactly excited but yeah, with God's strength and guidance and baby's support, i know i'll get through the next 5 weeks(with no big problems i hope).

the last week of the hols flew by way too quickly.
we visited vivo 3 times in 4 days - once to get the USS pass with derek, another to meet my supervisor and then drop by to play for 2h, another to get babe's wakeboard from the batam cable guy heading back to sg. would have gone to USS again if not for tuition (just to make our pass worth it.)

yay! another new activity we did together on this special day - offroad cycling at pulau ubin together with my cuzzies.

it was.. craaaazy. the rocks were so slippery and dangerous, we were helmetless and guardless, was thrown off from my seat a few times going down big bumps, almost fell off the cliff and killed myself, seeing baby fall on the rocks, seeing yongern's bike do a somersault and him jumping off his bike, skidding over rocks, leaves etc, unclimb-able hills even the pros had to come off to push the bike up, plus the fact that i was exceptionally ball-less that day, it felt as though i went trekking with my bike. haha an observation from josh,"the bike should be helping you to travel faster and not be a liability." when he saw me just pushing my bike coz i was too lazy to mount and dismount because of the crazy slopes. hahaha.
in any case, thank God for holding the rain till we finished cycling, for keeping all of us safe, and preserving our lives when we could have died anytime (like really anytime because there were so many scenarios that could have killed us that day). an example would be if the bike hit the rock and we were flung off forward and head landed on a rock, if we slipped and fell off the cliff etc. it was extremely scary and maybe this sort of thrill isnt for me especially when i treasure my life so much haha. for sapphire, saffron and sappheus.

as much as i would have loved to spend this special day all dedicated to him, we couldnt escape from tuition. anyway, im still thankful for the crazy morning offroad cycling trip, the simple dinner and the remaining time we spent at vivo (looking for shoes for you sis) haha.


on another note, the soccer timing really sucks. SIX AM? i need to leave house at 630am man )): i want to watch the finals omgggg. stupid stupid timing. rawr.

i dont want to sleep because i dont want the holidays to end. and also coz i wanna watch uru vs ita now. ):
