First fri trng in like a long long long time!
coz there wasnt youth.
okok. that was an excuse. oops. :P
anw! we did 15 x 400m.
was feeling ok for the first 6. was dying for the rest.
like seriously.
jina had to do 25!! zomg.
after we finished,
pat and i did a "relay" to help jina.
so fun! haha!
went with jina for the first 200m, while pat did the last 200m. hahaha!

felt really great after trng.
hahaha. like woah.. the satisfaction, baby!
went for dinner with jina.
then i dont know how not to write alr...
